We love the fair, a lot. This year Zach and Mommy went 4 times and Georgia went three.

This August we went rented a cabin in Grand Marais or Up North.

Here is the creek behind our cabin, with chairs just the right size for us.

Mommy did it. She finished the Marathon and had a great time. Mommy's goal was to finish in five hours and she finished at 4:59:03 (ignore the clock in the pictures below -- Mommy did not start at 0 on the clock).We came and saw Mommy cross the finish line though Georgia fell asleep on Daddy's shoulder. I think Mommy that this will be the first of many marathons for Mommy.

After long naps and an early dinner, Daddy took us in the bike trailer to the train park. It was our first time at this park. Not only does it have a train to play in but it is right near the railroad tracks. We had a great time and saw 2 trains.

Mommy is visiting her friend Beth in Door County so it was just us and Daddy today. We had a busy day. First it was off to the Model Train Museum, then we went out to lunch. After Georgia's nap it was off to the library. Daddy even made dinner.

I love this place.

I wore my engineer shorts, train shirt, and engineer hat, "so the people at the museum would know that I like trains."

Zach wasn't the only one to dress for the occasion.

They even let me drive.

Butterfly Release

I had a butterfly kit where you get caterpillars in the mail and watch them turn into a chrysalis and then a butterfly. A few days after the butterflies emerged with help from Henry we released them.

We biked there. This was the first time Daddy had Georgia and I in the trailer. As you can see it is a bit tight.

Last Saturday Daddy and I went to the Train Show at the River Centre. It was quite an event. We spent a good four hours there.

I got to drive a train with Engineer Paul. I also saw Engineer Emily at the show.

This layout with the subway was one of my favorite. I spent at least a half hour watching the subway go back and forth.

It was quite a day.

It was quite the Halloween. First Savtah and Poppy came over for dinner then we all went trick or treating.

In case you were wondering Georgia is a skeleton.

We made our traditional first stop at Henry's. Henry was dressed as a Storm Trooper.

After Henry's house we ran into Thomas and Thomas and I trick or treated for a while. Our favorite technique was instead of ringing the doorbell to stand outside the door and yell trick or treat as loud as we could.

Thomas was dressed a construction worker.

Then Thomas got cold and went home and I saw Eva and her sisters, it was time for my annual Halloween photo with Eva.

After all of the trick or treating, I had one piece of candy and then it was time for my favorite activity handing out candy to trick or treaters. There was more than one teenager who left feeling a bit sheepish after I said "your welcome" even though they forgot to say "thank you."

Okay I know, I know, but good help is really really hard to find these days. Both Zach and I formed a search committee to replace Mommy as "keeper of the blog" but no one has even applied. So without further ado, here are some new pictures.

In the beginning of October Daddy took us to the St.Anthony Park fall festival. Daddy likes the way I eat apples.

There was pumpkin decorating and teacher Molly performed too. Mommy didn't come because she was cooking for my birthday party.

Last weekend we went on a train ride in Osceola, Wisconsin with Millie and family. Mille went home and then it was on to Wild River state park for camping. Camping was great but as you will see it was a bit chilly.

Friday was my first day of school at Children's Center Montessori otherwise known as Henry's old school.

I started by wearing my backpack in my pajamas.

Then for my outfit nothing other than Santa Fe would do.

Vacation in Boston

Daddy had a trial this week, so Mommy, Georgia, and me went to Boston to meet cousins and spend some time with family. We stayed at Aunty Barbara and Uncle Jerry's house, but there are no photos of them because Uncle Jerry broke his ankle two days before we arrived. We did get to spend a lot of time with my cousins Cameron, Brad, Shane and Rachel and Griff.

The first day we went into Boston and rode the Swan boats and walked around the Public Gardens.

The next day we went to the Southwick Zoo. Mommy did not get too many pictures of the animals.

The next day was a family barbecue with lots of cousins and family. Mommy was really busy with Georgia so there are not many photos from this day.

Next to me is my Great-Great Aunt Floralee. She helped me with my push-up ice cream which I had never had before.

The next day was raining so we went to the Boston Children's museum. It was crazy busy.

They finally let me out of the carrier and the stroller. Phew. I was getting cooped up in there.

Another day we went to North Conway New Hampster(Hampshire) to ride the train.

On the last day we went to Monkey Joe's. It was a building filled with inflatable bouncy houses.

Thanks everybody we had a wonderful time and can't wait to see everyone again.

Okay so we know it has been a long time, but Mommy has been busy and Daddy has been in trial. So back in July and the beginning of August we had visitors from Florida and Maryland.
